The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sheila's Unique Boutique only uses customer information to fulfill your orders. We do not store or utilize any customer information for any other purposes. The information such as your name, address, and email address will not be stored on our computers. When we do communicate with you about your order, whether it's status or a custom order, Sheila's Unique Boutique will only use the Etsy platform for communication unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom orders. Just message me what you are looking for and we can create together.

How do I clean my resin coasters?

Resin pieces should not be put in a dishwasher and should be cleansed with a damp cloth.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you want something gift wrapped message me and I'll be happy to help.

What if my order arrived broken?

Immediately take a picture and message me the damage so I can send out a replacement. All items are bubble wrapped individually and carefully packaged to ensure that you receive them safely.

Custom and personalized orders

If you place a custom order and do not include the details of the custom, I will message you twice on Etsy Messages. If I don't receive a response after my second message your order will be cancelled for non response. If you do respond and it's close to the ship by date, your order ship date may be pushed out to allow me time to complete your order.
